What you buy

Peregrine costs $49, paid once. During the beta it is free with code BYFFREEFORNOW; the refund terms below apply to anyone who paid. It includes the Peregrine skill for your own Claude account, painting market scans for every metro we track in your state, with your city’s refreshed version emailed every two weeks for sixty days, the five Insider Extras, and a setup guide. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Peregrine runs inside your own Claude account. It is built from a former franchise broker’s method and it can be wrong. Check what it tells you against the source documents.

We are not a franchise broker or a franchise seller. We take no fee, commission or referral payment from any franchisor, broker or lender. Where Peregrine names a broker, it is one David Lu personally recommends, and you contact them yourself.
